You can count on over 20 years of experience in small companies and complex global organisations where I worked as a communications, marketing, change, transformation or project manager. I'm familiar with white- and blue-collar environments. I worked a lot for financial services, but also for industrial companies, retail, energy and healthcare. I'm certified Prince2 Agile and ADKAR.
I’m fluent in Dutch, French, English and German. I will get tough things done for you with an empathic, very organised and participative approach. My enthusiasm and no-nonsense attitude make people feel very comfortable and trustful. Based in Brussels but willing to work all over Europe, I can help you, your organisation and your people as a coach, consultant or project manager.
